i have officially left StarHub for good.
it been a great 3mths experience working as a customer care consultant in their call centre.
i left due to 3 good reasons, though it was a rather impulse decision.
i have to work 5days a week from 6.30pm - 12.30am.
Initially i thought i can manage since i only go to school on mon, thurs &fri.
but i was wrong! it is indeed very tough to juggle studies &work esp when this sem modules are all killer! Secondly i don wish to over exert myself. and lastly i wish to spend more time with my friends, family &bf ♥

deep down in my heart, i wanna thx Chiam who always give his best to help me.
he indeed is a very caring &helpful team leader who can go far.
he is always the first person that i seek advice from whenever i have some issues to clarify.
i know i disappoint him this time despite he been encourage me to stay on.
call centre is not suitable for me at all. it is not a place for people who is short temper.
well, i thought i will change alil, maybe become more patient but i didnt.
i still get frustrated &moody vey easily! even towards customers or my team leaders.

nevertheless, i will still work harder &learn to stay calm in any circumstances.
now, i have to rack my brain &start on my marketing report le.
